Local Delivery
STEP 1: Place your order
Add your items to your basket and proceed to checkout – at this point ensure that you select Local Delivery as your delivery method. When you enter your address, the charge will automatically be shown at the shipping options underneath the stated delivery address, then continue through to payment. Your delivery method will be confirmed at checkout, and we will email you to confirm a delivery date.
STEP 2: Delivery
Our delivery days are weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Due to demand your order may take up to 3-5 working days to be delivered.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
We offer a local delivery service only. For those customers who live outside the local areas stated above, we may be able to deliver to you. Please give us a call on 01702 585668 ext. 818 and we will endeavour to help where we can.
We aim to ensure that our delivery service is both efficient and convenient for you. Whilst we try our upmost to cooperate with customer requests, it is not always possible to deliver on specific days or at specific times. Please be mindful of the following terms and conditions:
- For the Health and Safety of both our customers and colleagues, our drivers are no longer able to enter customer’s gardens or homes – Deliveries will be made front of property only.
- All deliveries are sent with one person, unless delivery requires the need of two people.
- Our drivers will do their upmost to deliver to the requested location however, if unsafe, it is at the driver’s discretion to determine if it is a safe operation to do so.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is suitable and safe access to deliver the goods.
- If a suitable and safe area is not provided and our driver is unable to deliver the goods, the goods will be returned to the garden centre and the customer may be charged for any subsequent delivery cost.
- Morley Nurseries shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.
- If you are not available to receive your goods and there is no specific delivery instruction for such occurrence, the goods will be returned to the garden centre and the customer may be charged for any subsequent delivery cost.
- If you are not available to receive your goods however, stated so in delivery instructions, our driver will take pictures of where goods were left and note the time of delivery as proof of delivery.
- Morley Nurseries (Wakering) Ltd, do not accept any responsibility for damage that may occur to property or any tangible goods inside or outside the customer’s property.
