Add your items to your basket and proceed to checkout - at this point ensure that you select Click & Collect as your delivery method, and then continue through to payment.
Your delivery method will be confirmed at checkout and with your confirmation email.
Once we have received and processed your order, we will send you an email and/or a text message to let you know that your order is ready to collect. Please do not come into store until you have received this message.
Your order can be collected Tuesday through to Saturday between 10am and 4pm.
When you arrive, follow the Click and Collect signs to the Pick-up Point in the carpark. Once parked, please ring the bell located on the fence to notify us that you are here.
We will ask the following from you (whilst keeping a 2 meter distance):
Once all is confirm, we will bring your order to your car. We will inform you of any subs and ask whether you would like to keep them. If they are not what you are looking for, we will remove them from your order and provide a full refund within 7-10 working days.
You have 10 workings days to collect your order - if you are unable to collect within the time frame stated, please let us know by either emailing email@example.com or call: 01702 585668 ext. 8018 and we can arrange an alternative solution for you.
Due to demand orders may take up to 1-3 days to be ready for collection.
